Before you call
What to have ready when you call
None of this is required to get help, but having it handy gets you a faster quote and a faster door.
Where you are
An address, cross streets, or the name of the lot (Tourmaline, the Crystal Pier lot, Belmont Park). Apartment or gate code if there is one.
What is locked
Front door, car, storefront, bedroom, mailbox. If it is a car key or car lockout: year, make and model. If it is a rekey: how many doors.
ID and proof
Photo ID plus something that ties you to the place or vehicle: a lease, a piece of mail, or the registration. We check before we open; our ID policy explains why.
A number we can reach
Phone at 4%? Tell us. We will text the ETA and call as we pull up so you are not stuck waiting outside.
